Proof Harbour

Digital asset evidence packs for banks, lenders, advisers, and reviewers

Proof Harbour helps people and companies turn digital asset, tokenised asset, wallet, exchange, and company records into structured, privacy-conscious evidence packs that reviewers can understand.

The Bank and Lender Evidence Pack is the canonical service route for source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, wallet ownership, evidence-index, and reviewer-context questions. First contact stays high level; the public website is not an evidence upload route.

Main service route

Bank and Lender Evidence Pack

A structured pack route for people and companies who need a bank, lender, adviser, solicitor, accountant, KYB team, board, or compliance reviewer to understand a digital asset evidence position without receiving unnecessary sensitive material.

The pack shape is designed around a cover memo, evidence index, missing-evidence note, redaction discipline, source-of-funds narrative, provenance timeline, wallet ownership checklist, exclusion note, and human review readiness status.

Reviewer-ready focus

Evidence-first · Privacy-first · Human-approved

Non-custodial · No advice · No transaction role

Controlled sequence

Interest, triage, scope, price, payment, matter creation, evidence handling, review, and controlled release.

Privacy-first

The public website is not an evidence upload route. Sensitive material should not be sent through public forms.

Human-approved

Draft support does not replace review. Outputs need evidence, scope, approval, and controlled release.

Current stage

Register interest while the full checkup is built

Proof Harbour is being developed in stages. The live website currently captures high-level interest only. The planned Free Digital Asset Evidence Checkup will ask structured, no-evidence questions and help route people toward the right support path.

No paid work starts from the public form. No evidence is requested through the public website.

Tokenised assets and new financial rails

Evidence readiness for tokenised asset questions

Proof Harbour supports people and companies who need to explain tokenised assets, tokenised credit, real-world asset tokens, tokenised collateral, tokenised fund interests, tokenised securities, or digital-rail activity to banks, lenders, advisers, boards, or compliance reviewers.

The focus is evidence readiness, structured records, governance context, documentation boundaries, and reviewer-ready explanation. This is a scoping-first area where human review is expected before any quote, payment, matter opening, or evidence request.

Proof Harbour does not issue tokens, advise on token structure, promote investments, arrange lending, provide custody, recommend protocols, move assets, or execute transactions.

Fair pricing principle

Not a percentage-of-assets service

Proof Harbour is not being designed to charge a percentage of a person’s digital assets. A simple one-wallet matter should not be priced like a complex multi-wallet, tokenised asset, DeFi, collateral, or company-readiness matter.

Future pricing will be based on the work needed: wallets, evidence sources, transaction flows, reviewer requirements, urgency, redaction, and whether tokenised assets, DeFi, lending, collateral, or company governance is involved.

Pricing bands will be shown before the full free checkup is launched.

Proof standards

The rules behind the work

Evidence-first, privacy-first, non-custodial, minimal disclosure, tokenisation-aware, and human-approved.

Contact

Keep first contact high level

Use the contact route for general enquiries. Do not send evidence, wallet details, token contract details, private keys, recovery material, or access data.

Important boundary

Proof Harbour does not provide legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, token issuance, token-structure advice, financial promotion, custody, lending, broking, transaction execution, wallet access, or regulated financial advice.

Proof Harbour focuses on structured evidence support, documentation, reviewable records, governance context, and privacy-conscious presentation.
